Ali-although I am unable to receive any type of farm share I do love and appreciate your Farm Share newsletter with all its glorious ideas and recipes using fresh veggies. I am able occasionally to get to some summer time farmers markets and then get to revisit all of your yummy recipes. Thank you for all you do for all of us!

I love the idea that farm shares portion what you get. I know I feel good when I use if what I have. I’m also in the same boat about buying too much when I go to the market. It all looks too good to pass up and we know it is all so fleeting. .

Ali, I am in the same boat each time I go to the farmers market. I want it all. I have a question for you though.... how do you remove the piston/stamen from the zucchini blossom flowers without tearing them? It doesn't really matter for pizza, but when I try to stuff and fry them I tear them each time and then try to cover it up. Any tips?

Great looking recipes! We’re making lots of fresh salsa: tomato, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño... Also, processing a lot of tomatoes into sauce and putting in the freezer for later in the year. Also making salad of tomato, corn, red onion, and cubes of feta with lemon vinaigrette.
