Chili Crunch Bok Choy is so simple, yet simply delicious. Big fan. Added sauteed tofu and scallions for a satisfying lunch!

Chili Crunch Bok Choy - I make many of my Greens per Ali's recipe but add 2-3 anchovies and garlic to the oil. My daughter dislikes anchovies but since they dissolve she eats them happily.

Maybe someone else may like it in this fashion.
