When I’m having one of my wilder moments, I put an anchovy filet in the bottom of a garlic press and place the clove of garlic on top and squeeze the heck out of it. It’s fast and gets the job done if you’re pressed for time.
On a couple of occasions I have accidentally added olive oil through that teeny tiny hole because I forgot to remove that insert. Turns out it’s a hack! I’m not forgetful, I’m brilliant 😂
Glad to have this recipe! We threw out delish homemade cessation dressing the other night because I forgot it only keeps a few days, so maybe I’ll replace it with this quicker version.

Ali, not sure what the problem is, but the only hyperlink I see in the post os to the salad spinner. I can't see a link to the recipe.
Hi! There’s no link... the recipe is included in the post at the very bottom, before you get to the comments. Just scroll up a bit from here.

Great to hear!
I am today years old🤦♀️ Never knew there was a hole, let alone this hack...
Some processors don’t have a hole... Cuisinarts do 👍
My KitchenAid does as well, I was checking before before I was done reading!🤣
Hooray!!
Hi Ali - with apologies, I do not see a link to the Caesar dressing recipe in your newsletter. Can you please tell me where to find this?
Thanks,
Ellen
